Hotbox Events recruits and manages festival stewards and festival volunteers at UK festivals and events.

Our first event was Leeds Festival in 2003, since then we've grown from a small team to supplying nearly two thousand festival stewards, event staff and festival volunteers every year!

A little about Hotbox Events

Hotbox Events is a trading name of Hotbox Studios Ltd. Hotbox Studios is a web design hampshire , fine art animation and event management software company that Mark Hatchard founded in 2003.

Mark started working with festivals in the early nineties; recruiting and managing festival staff at many of the UK's festivals and events. In the summer of 2003 Mark was asked to help with recruiting and managing volunteers at the Leeds Festival. This went well and the new festival volunteer project steadily grew into the company that is now Hotbox Events!
