Hi!

The main thing is to have fun!

Other than the basics;

While on your shift you will probably be walking the campsites. Making sure everyones OK, giving directions, reporting anything hazardous etc. You could be in the fire towers, where you will either be at the top looking for fires, or at the bottom where you sometimes get to put the fires out with a backpack/water gun thing.

Be prepared for all weather, even if the forcast says it will be dry and warm. It might be warm during the day, but believe me you will be colder than you have ever been at night.

You will do a lot of walking. A lot more then you think you will do. When you are doing your shifts you will propably be walking around the campsites, for 8 hours! So make sure you have confortable shoes. If you ruin your feet on the first day, you will regret it.

Bring your own loo roll. It is supplied, but runs out very quickly.

That's just a couple of things, if you have anything more specific you want to know, let me know and i'll do my best to answer.
