2011 Volunteer Info Packs Poll

In the past Hotbox Events has provided the festival info packs via both PDF (2-3 weeks pre event) which you can view, download and print, then we've also posted out a copy (1-2 weeks pre event).
For 2011 we're considering just providing the packs via PDF.
Our reason for sticking with the paper packs has always been that we've believed it makes it easier for you to read them e.g. if you don't have a chance before you leave for the festival it's easy to just pop the pack in your bag and read it on the train whilst on the way to the festival. Although, we’ve received quite a few moans in the past couple of years that you'd already read and/or printed the PDF copy before you received the printed copy from us - so a waste of time, money and resources.
Can you please let us know how you feel about this via the poll below; if more than 50% of you would be happy with just a PDF we'll stop with the printed packs!
