2022 was my first Latitude and it exceeded my expectations. The site is beautiful, the arena is vibrant, there's a party atmosphere yet it's safe and family friendly and most importantly there's always a warm welcome as a Hotbox volunteer or staff member! I met new friends and caught up with old ones from other festivals. We even got to go to the beach on Wednesday before the festival started!

Festival volunteer applications open at the beginning of Feb each year, with sometimes a few extra festivals to volunteer at added throughout the year.
