If you're joining us as a volunteer or member of staff at the 2017 Download Festival you can now login to Hotbox Events PAAM and download your Info Pack!
There is a wealth of info in the pack including pre-event and onsite contact details, travel and arrival info, where and when you need to check-in at Download Festival, information about festival passes, how volunteer shifts are organised, Download Festival catering, your briefings and training sessions, emergency procedures, staff and volunteer roles and responsibilities at the festival, festival security procedures, festival CCTV, Health and Safety, festival communications, info about the Download Festival Green Initiatives and more!
The information within the pack is very important so please make sure you login and read it before you arrive at Download!

If you haven't already, please login to Hotbox Events PAAM and choose your 2017 Download Festival shift preferences!
There are 12 volunteer shifts available at Download Festival, please make sure you indicate a preference for each shift as PAAM won't let you save your preferences until you have!
We plan to start allocating Download volunteer shifts the week beginning Monday 29th May so please make sure you choose your festival volunteer shift preferences by Monday 29th at the very latest!

Once we've allocated your shift it'll be displayed on your Hotbox Events PAAM overview page.
Also please don't forget that if you're volunteering with friends you need to make sure you've added their names to your PAAM profile - this is your last chance before festival shifts are allocated!

We're receiving a lot of questions about food at Download! You're of course welcome to bring your own food to Download Festival. The arena also has a large number of stalls to purchase food from. You will be able to order vouchers for the catering stalls via Hotbox Events PAAM soon and we'll send you an email as soon as you can!
Please note there will be a deadline for placing meal voucher orders for Download Festival; this will be highlighted in the email we send you.
