You can gain free entrance to the summer's best festivals and events by working with our festival and event staff and volunteers!
Hotbox Events works closely with festival and event organisers; recruiting and managing festival staff and volunteers for UK events including the Reading, Leeds and Latitude music festivals!
Our event staff and volunteers play a big part in creating a good atmosphere and helping the event goers to get the most out of their festivals. By joining the team you can help us to achieve this!
Festival Volunteering and Festival Stewarding

You can apply to volunteer as a festival steward online via Hotbox Events PAAM.
Hotbox Events uses the PAAM Event Management Software to recruit festival stewards, festival volunteers and event staff.
Festival Jobs and Festival Work
When working onsite at a festival or event we have an event staff base of between 20 and 50 depending on the size of the festival or event. Our festival and event staff positions include:
- Event Project Managers
- Event Staff Supervisors
- Event office administration staff
- Multi-agency event control room staff
- Campsite and Arena Zone Supervisors
- Drivers - golf buggies, 4x4s and minibuses
If you would like to apply for a job working with us as a paid member of event staff please apply online via Hotbox Events PAAM for the festivals and events you are interested in working and then contact us.
For staff positions we look for relevant festival and event experience - this doesn't need to have been with us but if you have volunteered with Hotbox Events at a festival or event in the past this will help with your event staff application. Once you've got in touch we'll ask you to send over your CV and if we have any positions available and appropriate we'll conduct an interview either over the phone or face-to-face.
