A massive thank you to all of our staff and volunteers who joined us working at the 2017 Latitude Festival!
It's always a pleasure to welcome back so many returning volunteers and to see so many new volunteers join our team each year. We had a little rain (okay, quite a lot...) on the first day, but this certainly didn't dampen your spirits and thankfully the skies were kind to us from then on!
We appreciate there's a lot of information to take in during the briefing but it was fantastic to see how well you took this on board when performing your roles throughout the week to support the festival goers and ensure that everyone had a safe and enjoyable time at Latitude Festival.
We received fantastic feedback throughout the week from the festival organisers and other onsite agencies; praising your hard work and professionalism across the festival site. So again, a huge thank you for giving your all and helping the festival to be a success.
We'd also like to send out a big thank you to our wonderful staff team, from office, to control, our supervisors and managers, who all work incredibly hard during the event to support our volunteers.
Finally, a huge thank you to Liz our fantastic volunteer photographer who captured some brilliant images of you all during the week! We'll be sharing them soon via our website and social channels so keep your eyes peeled!

We're already planning for next year and your suggestions are always taken into consideration; many of which help us to improve both our service to the festival goers and the experience for our staff and volunteers. So, if you do have any comments - good or bad - please don't hesitate to get in touch. We realise nothing is perfect so please don't be afraid of having a moan if there is something you'd like us to take into consideration for 2018.
