I will be getting the train down from glasgow to leeds station on tuesday 23rd(a day early). Had a look to find a public bus service but had no luck. Can anyone tell me the best way to get there by bus or train?

Routine bus from leeds to harrogate drops off at Blue gate (staff / production entrance). Also continues on to Morrisons' in Wetherby! :)

There is a \"Leeds Free City Bus\" that takes you from the rail station to the bus station
Also if you have not bought your rail ticket get the plusbus ticket which at £3 is a little cheaper than the bus fare but if included in railcard reductions making it even cheaper

they're starting charging for the free bus, don't know when that starts though. it's also annoying as the bus goes on a 1 way circuit and the bus station is pretty much the last stop if you get on at the train station

thanks for the info Jo. Makes the PlusBus ticket a better bargain. My experience of driving round Leeds is that you can only go one way. The best thing about the bus is it eventually gets you there only passing places once.
