Hey guys,
I'm volunteering at Leeds alone this year, but my Uni friend and his mates are going to the festival. Does anyone know from past experience if I'd be able to camp with those guys or if I'd need to stay in the hotbox camp? Cheers!

You have to stay in the hotbox camp. But you can still hang out with them :)

Aahh gutted, was hoping to camp with them :( from my previous leeds experience we spent a lot of time chilling in the camping area and pre-drinking there!

You can still do that :) just sleep in crew ;)
I had friends at reading (volunteered three times now) and although I did still spend my time off with them after a night shift its nice to be in a separate area :D plus the toilets (real ones!) and showers!
