How did you find the new system?

Cool_Mum_Joolz posted this 05 June 2011

Good idea, I was slightly bemused by the fact that they aren't listed on the selection page in the same order as on the information pdf? Alpha 2 is above Alpha 1 and Charlie 1 is in the middle of the Bravo shifts.
Hopefully you can see my choices as the same as I have intended them to be :)

Yes we do need to set-up reordering and make a couple of other small changes...

I've asked the PAAM wizard to add it to the top of his list.

Thank you for the feedback.

Once I ruled out the shifts I didn't want to work it was easy......

Mark posted this 06 June 2011

We've just updated the process - can you login to Hotbox Events PAAM and take a look please and let us know if that is any better?

UpsyDaisy posted this 06 June 2011

Yes thanks that is much better, here's hoping my deposit arrived soon enough for a top 3 shift choice!

lepus posted this 07 June 2011

It would help if you knew what your position was in the queue. Is that an easy, and worthwhile addition Mark? I am aware of the knock on effect a \"simple\" add on can make so No is an acceptable answer.

Mark posted this 07 June 2011

It's a good idea, I'll pass it on...

Cool_Mum_Joolz posted this 08 June 2011

Have updated my PAAM, it makes sense that there are now 10 choices to make rather than the five that were there before although I thought the grid with radio buttons was easier to choose from than the drop-down style which has replaced it.

When do we find out which shift pattern we have been allocated a place on? Apologies if that is covered elsewhre and I have missed it.

lepus posted this 14 June 2011

I tend to agree with Joolz that the radio buttons made it easier to see what choices you had made. As there is no graphical feedback and so makes it more difficult to discover which shifts are left to choose.

yay,, thank you, got my first choice shift. Love the people at Hotbox!!! see you soon.

Cool_Mum_Joolz posted this 29 June 2011

Woo Hoo! Thank you Hotbox Team! [8D] Hope you didn't have to tie yourselves in knots working it all out? Love you, see you in two weeks! [:)] xx

I don't think I have my allocation yet. Where does it say?

lepus posted this 01 July 2011

Log into the PAAM application program
Select Latitude
Your shift is there just under the date, 13/7/2011.

Just a comment to say I think its a brilliant idea and well worth all your effort. And will save you from having that HUGE queue on site!
