Discounted Meals 🍜

Meal voucher ordering for Latitude Festival is now open!

Staff catering at Latitude Festival is located in the staff campsite area.

The staff caterers at Latitude Festival this year (Global) are the same caterers as at Download 2026, Latitude 2025 and Reading 2025, so if you joined us last year you may remember them!

Staff catering will be open from breakfast on Wednesday 22nd to breakfast on Monday 27th July. There will be no onsite catering open on Tuesday 21st July so if you're arriving on Tuesday please plan for this. We will have kettles in the marquee in the Hotbox compound which you can use for hot water for pot noodles, porridge pots, etc and you can leave site once you've been accredited to do a supermarket run or pick up a takeaway if you wish.

Staff catering will serve breakfast, lunch, packed lunch, dinner and packed dinner at a greatly reduced price compared to the public food stands at the festival site.

Meal vouchers are DISCOUNTED BY 20% ONLY WHEN PREORDERED with Hotbox Events!

If you wait until you are at the festival and buy direct from staff catering they will cost 20% more.

To preorder your Latitude Festival meal vouchers:

  • Log in to Hotbox Events PAAM
  • Click the Latitude Festival Info button on the Overview page.
  • Scroll down the page to the Event Store section.
  • Click the Latitude Festival Meal Voucher icon.
  • Enter the quantity of meal vouchers you would like to order and add to cart, you'll then be taken to a payment page where you can complete payment for your meal voucher order.

The deadline for pre-ordering meal vouchers is 6pm Sunday 19th July.

A sample menu can be found in the Latitude Festival training portal area of your PAAM account.

Please note that meal vouchers are non-refundable as we are required to pay for them in advance of the festival.

Help! I'm a Pixie!

Pixies are information and assistance stewards based in the Latitude woods and you guessed it - they get to dress as pixies!

We have a limited number of fairy wings, tutus, bubble wands and glitter you'll be able to borrow for your shift. So if you're able to, we always recommend bringing your own pixie gear as our pixie dress up box tends to look a little worn by the end of the weekend! Plus, we love the variety in the pixie outfits you wear!

When it comes to what to wear for your pixie shifts, you can never be too extra! Think wings, tutus, flower garlands, flower crowns, head dresses, hair accessories, glow sticks, deely boppers and the more glitter, neon and sparkle the better! Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace are all good places to check out for pixie outfits, as well as any local fancy dress shops!

Need some inspiration? Check out our Latitude festival photo galleries to see our previous pixies' outfits!

Help! I'm not a Pixie!

It's going to be okay, we promise.

If you didn't secure a pixie shift pattern this time, don't worry, we'll do our very best to make sure you have an amazing time working as a CAT or on the Tower Team! You can still wear glitter for your shifts if you'd like to 🧚

Training Documents

Please take some time to check out the Training Portal in your PAAM account as there's lots of useful documents to familiarise yourself with before the festival. This includes a compulsory accessibility briefing document. We are likely to be sent more briefing documents by the festival organisers in the days leading up to the festival so please keep an eye on the Training Portal area for new documents popping up!

Arrival Information

Arrival information including which gate to enter the site via and the timings of the briefings can be found in the Latitude Festival Info Pack in the PAAM Portal.

Before the festival, you'll receive an email from Eventree (the Latitude Accreditation platform) with a link to an online Build & Break Health & Safety induction you can complete before you arrive. This isn't in substitution of attending the onsite briefing at 7pm. The online induction is sent to all staff and volunteers working at the festival site so the content may not be specific to your role, if it doubt please refer to the Hotbox Events Info Pack.

New for 2026: we will be running a short Tower Tour at 17:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday where volunteers working as part of the tower team (or on Pixie Delta or Pixie Echo which both have a tower shift), will have the opportunity to visit a tower and have a go at climbing it before their first shift. If you have not worked on a tower before and have any tower shifts this year, we recommend ensuring that you are onsite in plenty of time to have been accredited before attending the tower tour. Please note, 16:00 is often the peak time for volunteer arrivals thus queues at accreditation, we therefore recommend arriving earlier in the day if you would like to attend the tower tour!

Proving your right to work and volunteer in the UK

Please don't forget to bring documents to prove your right to work in the UK to the festival.

The options for this are:

  • A UK or ROI passport - it can be expired as long as your name has not changed but it must not be clipped/have the corners removed as this invalidates the document.
  • An original birth certificate in conjunction with an official letter showing your name and NI number - such as a payslip.
  • If you are a non-UK citizen, a Home Office Share Code. Please email your sharecode to info@hotboxevents.com before the festival. Please do not just upload this to your PAAM account - we don't receive a notification when you do this so it won't be checked before the festival!

We cannot accept photocopies or photographs! We are legally required to see the original documents in person at the festival. We have a safe in the Hotbox office where we can keep documents during the festival if you would prefer to not store them in your tent.

A driving license is not proof of your right to work in the UK.

Every year volunteers arrive with their driving license as proof of right to work in the UK and unfortunately need to be asked to head back home to collect other documents to prove their right to work in the UK. Please don't let this be you!

If you have any queries over right to work documents please contact us before the festival. If you do not have the correct documents for us to check at the festival site you will not be able to volunteer.

Want to bring friends to Latitude?

If your friends are getting festival FOMO you can bring them along to volunteer too!

Latitude volunteering applications have reopened so there's space for your friends to apply as a volunteer and join you for one of the best weeks of the summer!

When your friends apply, if they put your name in the Friends list of their PAAM account we can add them to your shift pattern so you'll be able to work together on-shift and have more time to party together off-shift too!
