Many of you have now received your deposit refunds, we apologise to those of you who are still awaiting yours, it should be with you any day now as all cheques have been posted. The jump in numbers this year from 65 volunteers to 350 has meant the deposit return process has taken a little longer than in previous years.
This something we'll be looking to rectify moving forward in 2007 to make sure everyone gets their deposit returned within the advised time frame.
Some of you have been in touch to query the amounts returned to you, this is dependent on how your deposit was originally paid.
Deposits originally received via cheque are refunded in full: £135.00
Deposits received via PayPal are refunded minus the PayPal fee: £130.00

Now all deposits have been returned we'll be uploading all the great event photos we've received from you in the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for those appearing in the galleries.
