2014 Reading Festival and Leeds Festival Volunteer Information and Guide!

Sunday, August 17, 2014

We're now only a few days from arriving at the 2014 Reading Festival and Leeds Festival!

If you've printed your Sign-in Sheet, read your Hotbox Events Reading Festival or Leeds Festival Info Pack, checked the Right to Work fact sheets and have your documents packed, read the Health and Safety and Fire Backpack Guidance, then you're set and it's time to start planning for when you're not working!

As luck may have it (some may say it's all planned out, we know them, so seriously doubt it) our friends over at the PAAM Volunteer Software Blog have just posted!

We'd recommend heading over and having a read as this will give you a huge head start to getting the most out of the Reading and Leeds Festival weekend!

If you're yet to download all of the info in Hotbox Events PAAM then you need to do this ASAP:

  1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
  2. Select the Reading Festival or Leeds Festival Event Info button.
  3. Click the links to the PDFs (downloads section).

On the Reading Festival and Leeds Festival Event Info pages you'll find the following PDFs:

  • 2014 Hotbox Events Reading Festival and Leeds Festival Info Pack
  • 2014 Hotbox Events Right to Work Fact Sheets (EEA and Non-EEA)
  • 2014 Hotbox Events Health and Safety at Festival Sites
  • 2014 Festival Republic Fire Backpack Guidance

The documents above should answer all of your questions, help you get to Reading or Leeds and have a fantastic week with us!

As one final tip, if you're still trying to remember all of the things you forgot last year then we'd recommend this brilliant article jammed with hints, tips and a festival packing list to end all festival packing lists:

The Festival Survival Guide - what to take, what to see, and what to wear?

See you at Reading and Leeds!
