  2. Select the Download Festival Event Info button.
  3. Click the link to the PDF (downloads section).

We're receiving a lot of emails and phone calls about Download Festival; most of the answers to questions regularly asked can now be found in the Info Pack so please make sure you download and read yours!

Please also make sure you read:

  • Hotbox Events Right to Work and Volunteer Fact Sheet
  • Hotbox Events Health and Safety at Festival Sites

The above PDFs can also be found on the Event Info page.

If you haven't already, please login to Hotbox Events PAAM and choose your 2017 Download Festival shift preferences!

There are 12 volunteer shifts available at Download Festival, please make sure you indicate a preference for each shift as PAAM won't let you save your preferences until you have!

We plan to start allocating Download volunteer shifts the week beginning Monday 29th May so please make sure you choose your festival volunteer shift preferences by Monday 29th at the very latest!

To choose your Download volunteer shift preferences you need to:

  1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
  2. Select the Download Festival Event Info button.
  3. Scroll down to the Event Preferences section.
  4. Read the Shift Planner in the Shift/Group Details section.
  5. Choose your Shift Preferences via the Shifts/Groups Available dropdowns.
  6. Save your preferences using the button at the bottom!

Once we've allocated your shift it'll be displayed on your Hotbox Events PAAM overview page.

Also please don't forget that if you're volunteering with friends you need to make sure you've added their names to your PAAM profile - this is your last chance before festival shifts are allocated!

For further information about how shifts are allocated please read the information within the shift planner PDF.

We're receiving a lot of questions about food at Download! You're of course welcome to bring your own food to Download Festival. The arena also has a large number of stalls to purchase food from. You will be able to order vouchers for the catering stalls via Hotbox Events PAAM soon and we'll send you an email as soon as you can!

Please note there will be a deadline for placing meal voucher orders for Download Festival; this will be highlighted in the email we send you.

If you have any questions about volunteering at festivals with Hotbox Events you can find lots of info on our website.
