2017 Hotbox Events festival volunteer deposit returns!

We hope everyone who joined us volunteering at festivals this summer has now had a little time to chill-out and you're not missing the music filled festival fields too much! If like us you are don't worry - before you know it we'll be back doing it all over again in 2018!

Things haven't slowed down for the Hotbox Events team which is currently working it's socks off to make sure we send out 2017 festival volunteer deposits ASAP!

Just to be safe we always say deposits will be on their way to you in October; this as it takes a few weeks after we get back from the very busy festival filled month of August to go through the shift records from our onsite festival offices; and for the bank to print and post the cheques out to you.

We do all this as quickly as possible though, which usually means deposits are winging their way to you towards the end of September!

As soon as 2017 deposits are on their way we'll let you know via our website's news, our social feeds, and email!

We do our very best to get the deposit cheques to you ASAP although please don't chase us, as it won't speed up your deposit return.

Please do take a minute to make sure your address is up to date in Hotbox Events PAAM.

Your deposit cheque will be posted to the address you have entered on your PAAM profile. If you don't update your address, your cheque is posted to an old address, and you then ask us to cancel your deposit cheque and resend to a different address, there is a charge for this. So please do check your address is current ASAP!

International volunteer deposit returns are processed via PayPal. We'll contact our international volunteers as soon as we're ready to start processing the international returns to confirm your PayPal account details. If you don't have a PayPal account it's very easy to set one up.

We realise nothing is perfect so please don't be afraid of having a moan if there is something you'd like us to take into consideration for 2018.
