A massive thank you to everyone who worked with us at the 2017 Reading and Leeds Festival!

The Reading and Leeds Festival was where Hotbox Events started so it's always a fantastic way to finish our festival summer!

We were asked to cover more than ever at Reading and Leeds in 2017, including 21 new fire towers at Reading Festival, the arena and silent disco stewards at Leeds Festival, the Leeds Festival Campsite DJs, the 3 Leeds crew and guest internal minibuses, and a plethora of varied roles across both festival sites.

You all did an amazing job throughout the week at both festivals, stepping up to the challenges presented with enthusiasm and professionalism.

We received constant praise for your work from the festival organiser's Licensing and Production teams, Security Control, Fire Control, Medical, and Zone Managers.

So again, a huge thank you to everyone who joined us and did such an amazing job at Reading and Leeds 2017. Your work made a big difference to the festivals and everyone who attended.

We'd like to send out a special thank you to our tower teams at Reading and Leeds, all of our staff have worked on fire towers in the past so we realise it can sometimes be a long, hot, or chilly shift. You all did a fantastic job of keeping an eye on the campsites and car parks at the festivals; your eagle-eyes and quick decision making allowing for potentially hazardous situations to be effectively dealt with.

As always, our amazing staff teams at Reading and Leeds worked tirelessly throughout the week to support our volunteers in their roles and look after the festival goers. From our office team, to control, supervisors and managers, you all did a brilliant job so again a huge thank you for your hard work at Reading and Leeds 2017!

We'd also like to say a massive thank you to our fantastic volunteer photographers at Reading and Leeds who captured some amazing images of our staff and volunteers throughout the week! We'll be sharing them soon via our website and social channels so keep your eyes peeled!

A huge thank you also needs to go out to our brilliant Leeds Festival campsite DJs! The Leeds Festival campsites have never sounded so good! We received so much positive feedback from staff, volunteers, festival goers, and the festival organisers, so again a huge thank you for keeping the Leeds campsites partying...all night!

Finally, a very special thank you to our amazing minibus drivers at Leeds Festival! We knew going in it was going to be a challenge running a small fleet of buses and covering so much across the festival site, although the changes to the Leeds Festival site for 2017 meant you were in even more demand than expected. Despite this, you worked harder than ever before and never failed to meet the challenges presented. We received a constant stream of praise from the festival's Licensing and Production offices for your work who were endlessly grateful for your tireless efforts and assistance. So again, a huge thank you to our best team of Leeds Festival minibus drivers ever!

Since returning from Reading and Leeds the feedback we've been receiving from you via our social channels and email about working at Reading and Leeds with Hotbox Events has been wonderful to read. If you enjoyed your week with us and have a few minutes to send over a paragraph or two for our staff and volunteer feedback page...

Please email this to info@hotboxevents.com

Please attach a photo if you can so this can be added to the Hotbox website too!

Your comments and feedback really helps those in future years get an idea of what working at a festival with Hotbox Events is like so please do get in touch if you can!

We're already planning for next year and your suggestions are always taken into consideration; many of which help us to improve both our service to the festival goers and the experience for our staff and volunteers. So, if you do have any comments - good or bad - please don't hesitate to get in touch. We realise nothing is perfect so please don't be afraid of having a moan if there is something you'd like us to take into consideration for 2018.

Hopefully see you for more of the same in 2018!
