We today received the very sad news that Latitude Festival 2020 has been cancelled.
Considering all that is happening in the world, this is the only safe and sensible choice.
We're so sorry we won't be seeing you all at Latitude this summer, we'll miss our pixies, our tower marshals, our campsite stewards, our gate marshals...and everyone in between. We very much hope we'll be seeing you again, or for the first time, for what can only be an amazing Latitude 2021!
We'd again like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been in touch, for your patience waiting for the official announcement, and for your messages of support.
Looking to deposits...
In a normal year deposit returns are processed after the event and sent by cheque, this year we know everyone needs every penny as quickly as possible so we'll be processing deposit refunds ASAP.
If you've paid a deposit and have a confirmed position, or you've cancelled, for just Latitude Festival, your deposit refund will be processed as below.
For those who paid by card the refunds will come straight back to your card. We plan to send card refunds within 48 hours, please note once we've sent your refund it can take up to 7 days for a refund to show on your statement.
For those who paid by cheque or bank transfer we'll contact you within 48 hours to arrange a refund, so please keep an eye on your email.
If you've paid a deposit and have a confirmed position for festivals other than Latitude Festival, at this stage the festival organisers are still planning for the festivals to go ahead, so we will not be refunding deposits for festivals apart from Latitude Festival, unless you cancel all positions and request an early return as per our standard process
