New paid event jobs at Latitude Festival 2023 now available!

We have some new paid jobs at Latitude Festival now available!

No night shifts + you get to see all of the headliners? Sounds like a sweet deal 👀

You can apply now to join our small team of facilities monitors at Latitude Festival this week!

We should clarify one thing before we continue, the job absolutely does not involve you cleaning any toilets!

Think of those times you've been at a festival and needed to pop to the toilet, only to find them all out of order, or even with no loo roll. We've got a mission to change those experiences!

We need you to help make sure every toilet trip at Latitude Festival is as pleasant as possible! ✨

You'll be making sure the Latitude Festival campsite and arena toilet blocks are in tip top condition, and reporting anything that needs fixing, cleaning, or restocking ASAP directly to the festival's designated toilet crew, then making sure it gets sorted so that no toilets are out of action 👍

Again, we should remind you, you're not required to clean the toilets yourself at any time! There's another team onsite just for that! ✅

We're looking for people who are happy working independently at a location within the festival's campsites or arena. As always, you'll have the support of the Hotbox team around you for any questions about the role.

You'll need to be responsible and committed to the mission of lovelier loos at Latitude. You'll need to be confident with radio usage (full training will be given at the beginning of the festival) as you'll be tasking the toilet cleaning crews directly when there's a problem that needs fixing, then taking the initiative to follow up until the issue is resolved.

Shifts

You'll need to arrive on Tuesday 18th July (after midday) for a briefing that evening. You'll then work 1x 6-hour shift everyday Wednesday to Sunday (last shift on Sunday). There are no night shifts, so you'll be able to catch the headliners every evening!

There are 2 different shift patterns to choose from:

Team Alpha

  • Wednesday 19th July 2023, 09:00 to 15:00 = 6 hours
  • Thursday 20th July 2023, 15:00 to 21:00 = 6 hours
  • Friday 21st July 2023, 09:00 to 15:00 = 6 hours
  • Saturday 22nd July 2023, 15:00 to 21:00 = 6 hours
  • Sunday 23rd July 2023, 09:00 to 15:00 = 6 hours

Team Bravo

  • Wednesday 19th July 2023, 15:00 to 21:00 = 6 hours
  • Thursday 20th July 2023, 09:00 to 15:00 = 6 hours
  • Friday 21st July 2023, 15:00 to 21:00 = 6 hours
  • Saturday 22nd July 2023, 09:00 to 15:00 = 6 hours
  • Sunday 23rd July 2023, 15:00 to 21:00 = 6 hours

We're also interested in hearing from people who can arrive on Wednesday and are interested in working Thursday to Sunday, if that sounds like you drop us an email to info@hotboxevents.com

Pay is £11.76 per hour including holiday pay (for those on PAYE). You'll also receive one meal voucher per shift to use at crew catering.

Plus, when not on shift you're free to enjoy the festival! 🎪
