PNC Deadlines Updated

The Police National Computer (PNC) deadlines have been updated for Latitude Festival, Reading Festival and Leeds Festival. All those who have applied to work at Latitude Festival, Reading Festival and Leeds Festival need to pass a PNC check before working on-site. This will be completed by Festival Republic once your position has been confirmed. Further details below.

Latitude Festival

Applicants' details need to be sent to the police in two batches:

• 70% of names sent no later than the 14th June 2008.
• 100% of names sent no later than the 30th June 2008.

If you have not applied and paid a deposit by the 30th June you will not be able to work at Latitude Festival. Although the final deadline is the 30th June this is the deadline for the final 30% of names. Even if we have more than 30% of places remaining as of the 30th June we can only accept a further 30% of previously confirmed positions.

Leeds Festival

Applicants' details need to be sent to the police in three batches:

• 70% of names sent no later than the 17th July 2008.
• 90% of names sent no later than the 23rd July 2008.
• 100% of names sent no later than the 6th August 2008.

If you have not applied and paid a deposit by the 6th August you will not be able to work at Leeds Festival. Although the final deadline is the 6th August this is the deadline for the final 10% of names. Even if we have more than 10% of places remaining as of the 6th August we can only accept a further 10% of previously confirmed positions.

Reading Festival

Applicants' details need to be sent to the police no later than the 29th July. If you have not applied and paid a deposit by the 29th July you will not be able to work at Reading Festival.
