Within this you will find contact, travel and arrival info, where and when you're expected to book in, info about passes, shifts, briefings, food and much more! Please make sure you read this before you arrive at the 2011 Reading and Leeds Festival!

Don't forget if you have any questions there's a few places you can take a look and see if they've already been answered. Our Forum is a great way to connect with other volunteers throughout the year and ask questions about volunteering with Hotbox Events. Unsurprisingly with us being just days away from Reading and Leeds Festival it is a hive of activity with volunteers arranging liftshares and planning out which bands they'll be checking out.
You can also check out our FAQs which have a whole host questions we get asked every year, so to make your life easier we posted them and the answers on our website. Of course we can never cover everything and so if you don't manage to find the answers here you can of course contact us.
