Thank you 2011 Leeds and Reading Festival CATs!

Thursday, September 8, 2011

Many thanks to all who worked with Hotbox Events at the 2011 Leeds and Reading Festivals! Please find below messages from Festival Republic's Harmony Blake, Dave Ingram from Leeds Festival and Fiona Ingram from Reading Festival.

Thank you so much to all CATS at Leeds for all of your hard work and dedication. From straw spreading in mud to helping put up tents, you manage to help wherever an extra pair of hands is needed and do it with a smile. We really appreciate all that you do and hope you will come back for more frolics in the long grass next year.

Harmony Blake, Festival Republic, Leeds Festival Deputy Licensee

Thanks to all that worked with the Campsite Assistance Teams at this year's Leeds Festival.

From the moment we opened the teams helped, informed and supported our audience until they went home having had the time of their lives.

The campsites are a happy and safe place to be that is partly down to the effort you put in.

So many times during the Festival the call goes out to help with one thing or another and the CATs are there with a smile and an enthusiasm that is infectious.

We did not have the best year weather wise and it made hard work sometimes, however to know that we have willing volunteers to help us continue to make the Leeds Festival one of, if not the best Festival in the country is brilliant.

You make a difference.

Well done, Thank you, I hope to see you again next year.

Dave Ingram, Festival Republic, Leeds Festival Campsite Manager

And for those staff and volunteers that joined Hotbox Events at Reading...

Many thanks to Edd, Tavis, Dom and all the CATs that worked so hard to make the Reading Festival 2011 campsites the best yet.

It couldn't have been done without each and every CAT doing their bit!

Thank you.

Fiona Ingram, Festival Republic, Reading Festival Campsite Manager
