Hotbox Events is excited to again be providing the Pixie stewarding roles for the 'In the Woods' area and arenas at the 2012 Latitude Festival this summer!
For those of you who are new to Hotbox Events in 2012, the Pixie stewarding role at Latitude festival is similar to the CAT and HAT stewarding roles. As a Pixie you'll be required to answer questions and provide directions to festival goers, the main difference is that our Pixies are based 'In the Woods' and in addition to your stewarding uniform you'll need to be dressed as a Pixie!
We provide some Pixie dress onsite such as wings, ears, hats and glitter, although if you're able to please do come prepared by bringing your own Pixie dress accessories. In the past Hotbox Events Pixies have arrived with:

Roger, the Latitude Festival 'In the Woods' Zone Manager, will again be looking after the Hotbox Pixie stewards. Roger has written a Pixie fact sheet which you can read by logging into Hotbox Events PAAM and clicking the 'Event Info' button for Latitude Festival on your PAAM Account Overview.
We've made a change to the 2012 Latitude Festival Pixie stewarding shifts; in 2012 the Pixie shift times will be independent of the Hotbox Events CAT (campsites) and HAT (main arenas) stewarding shift times. We've done this so the Pixie shifts fit into the 'In the Woods' schedule. Meaning if you're selected to be a Pixie steward you'll be a Pixie steward all weekend!
You'll be able to choose your 2012 Latitude Festival shift preferences very soon. As soon as you're able to choose your festival shift preferences we'll send you a message via Hotbox Events PAAM. If you're interested in being a Pixie at Latitude please make sure you make the Pixie shifts your first preferences!
