If you've worked with Hotbox Events at the Latitude Festival or Leeds Festival you've probably been briefed by and possibly even worked with Festival Republic's Deputy Security Coordinator Neil Mackey.
Neil is currently working towards his PhD at Lincoln University. Neil is researching customer attitudes and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the law in relation to illicit activities at UK Festivals and Cultural Event sites connected to Ticket Touting and the unauthorised sale of tickets on site by touts at events.
